I am here to make your wedding day as stress-free as possible! If you have the vendors booked, florals arranged, and food catered but need someone to ensure all the elements come together on the special day, I am your girl! My Day-Of Coordination package starts with scheduling a meeting with the bride and the groom 60 days prior to your wedding. This is where I get to learn about you as a couple, the bridal party, the vendors, and all the moving parts in the wedding, as well as schedule a final walk-through with your venue and a wedding rehearsal! From there, I will design an in-depth itinerary and timeline for the big day, which will be given to both you as the couple and all the vendors. I will do a check-in call with you 30 days before the wedding to review all the details and to make sure everyone stays informed and on the same page! Coming up closer to the wedding day, I will run the rehearsal so everyone feels confident going into the real deal. I will then manage vendors, family, guests, and the bridal party on your wedding day, equipped with an emergency kit for any situation! I will always be your biggest advocate and will make sure your day stays enjoyable for you every step of the way!
